My 4 week old daughter has had horrid greebasking nappies for the past few days, caused by a lack of hindmilk and too much foremilk (according to the midwives). She feeds well but my right nipple is extremely sore and bruised which means after about 20 minutes of feeding her I have to pull her off. The left breast is fine as she feeds well up to a point at about 15 minutes where she begins to wriggle and squirm, arching her back and kicking her legs. She doesn't cry and remains latched on but pulls at my nipplecausing pain and a lot of frustration! It gets to the point where I take her off because she's not feeding properly. Has anyone else experienced this problem or can suggest anything? I'm desperate for her to get enough hindmilk.
