Our hosts, Maria Yasnova and Sarah Fletcher are volunteer breastfeeding counsellors with LLLGB. Maria and Sarah both lead breastfeeding support meetings locally and provide one-to-one support to anyone wanting to feed their child their milk – however that looks for them.

In the first episode, Sarah and Maria chat about why breastfeeding support matters. They talk about how families may feel when facing breastfeeding difficulties, the vulnerability and the urgency of seeking help in the early days and beyond.
